Before you contact support
Account and sign-in
If a magic link fails, start again from the sign-in screen and make sure the redirect lands back on the same RobinFocus environment.
Billing and plan access
Use your account billing page first for plan changes, then contact support if a paid plan or entitlement looks wrong.
Sync and saved state
Describe what device or browser you were on, what you expected to sync, and whether the issue happened after refresh, sign-in, or reconnect.
Ask Robin and planning
Include the prompt you used, what Robin returned, and what felt confusing or incorrect so the planning behavior can be reproduced.
